3. Purchases and Authorised Use of Payment Methods

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• you are authorised to use the payment method provided; and

If a minor uses a parent/guardian’s card or device, the order will be treated as authorised by the payment method holder, unless the payment provider confirms the transaction was unauthorised or fraudulent.

4. Limited Releases / No Restocks

PengPax products are released in strictly limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed. Once a release sells out, it may not be restocked or reprinted.

5. Pre-Orders

Where pre-orders are offered:

• pre-orders reserve limited stock;

• dispatch dates are estimates, not guarantees; and

• we may cancel and refund a pre-order if fulfilment becomes impossible.

6. Pricing and Errors

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, images, and availability. If an error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including characters, artwork, designs, logos, names, text, graphics, and layout) is owned by or licensed to Pengpax.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from any Site content without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• bypass age restrictions or misrepresent your age;

• use bots, scripts, automation, or scraping tools;

• attempt unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY (Pengpax)

1. Adult-Only Purchases (18+)

Pengpax is an 18+ website. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18+ and authorised to make the purchase.

2. Limited, Numbered Collectibles

Pengpax magazines are released in limited quantities and are individually numbered. Condition matters. Once sold out, releases are not reprinted or restocked.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns (Unopened Only)

We accept change-of-mind returns only if all products are:

• unopened

• unused

• still in the original shrink wrap or plastic packaging

• returned in resalable condition

If the shrink wrap has been removed from even a single item of your order, the entire order is treated as opened and your entire order cannot be returned for change of mind.

4. Return Window (Change of Mind)

To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If approved, the return must be sent back within 14 days of approval.

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• order number

• clear photos of the item and packaging

• description of the issue

If approved, we will offer an appropriate remedy in line with applicable consumer law, which may include:

• replacement (if available)

• refund to the original payment method

• partial refund (where appropriate)

6. Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping.
Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: we pay reasonable return shipping or provide an alternative solution.

All returns must be sent with tracking. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

8. What We Do Not Refund

We do not refund for:

• change of mind after shrink wrap or any other packaging removal

• normal minor production variations

• incorrect address or any other incorrect details entered at checkout

• refused delivery or failure to collect parcels

• delays caused by carriers or customs

SHIPPING POLICY (Pengpax) — Worldwide

1. Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, subject to carrier availability and legal restrictions.

2. Dispatch Times (In-Stock Orders)

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within [1-4 business days].

Dispatch times are estimates and may vary during drops, high volume periods, or operational delays.

3. Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item:

• it will dispatch on or around the estimated date shown on the product page; and

• dispatch dates are estimates, not guarantees.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may:

• ship together once all items are available, or

• ship separately at our discretion.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. All delivery estimates are non-binding.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs checks, duties, VAT, or import taxes.

These charges are:

• set by your local authorities, and

• paid by the customer, not Pengpax.

We do not refund orders due to refusal to pay customs charges.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may:

• reship at your cost, or

• refund the item price minus shipping and handling (at our discretion).

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on stock availability and the outcome of the carrier investigation.

8. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your parcel, contact us within 48 hours. We may require a carrier investigation before any refund or replacement.
